How do I become a patient of Accessible Pharmacy Services?

The best way to become a patient is by giving us a call at 1-888-633-7007. After your conversation with our Care Coordinator, they will reach out to your insurance to confirm eligibility and contact your current pharmacy and prescribing physicians to transfer your information. You can also connect with us through the Be My Eyes Specialized Help section or email us to initiate this process: info@AccessiblePharmacy.com.

Do I need to be blind in order to become a patient?

No. We work with anyone who wants to work with us.

Do you accept my insurance?

We accept most commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid.

What is the cost?

There is NO additional cost for our accessibility services including: accessible packaging, accessible labeling and home delivery.

If I am a provider, how do I refer a patient to Accessible Pharmacy?

Please have the patient give us a call at 1-888-633-7007. You can also call us with the patient.

Are you able to provide services in my state?

We are currently licensed to serve patients in 32 states, DC and Puerto Rico. To find out if we are licensed in your state, please send us an email or check out our list of approved and pending states.

Are you able to ship insulin and other controlled substances that need refrigeration?

Absolutely, we do it everyday.

How can I learn about upcoming webinars and educational programs?

We provide educational healthcare webinars periodically throughout the year. To join our email list and learn about upcoming webinars, please send us an email.

Do you give presentations about your services and if so, how can I schedule one with an individual or with my group?
