Executive Leadership Conferences
We offer unique networking opportunities, including annual executive leadership conferences, affinity groups, webinars, and more. Join us for our Adapt and Thrive Leadership Conference, April 28 – May 1, 2025, in Scottsdale, Arizona. The conference will feature an extended keynote experience, opened by Colin McLetchie, President of Five Ways Forward, who will discuss the Four Quadrants of Change model from the Leadership Circle, followed by working groups that culminate with a “bringing it all together” session. Added conference breakout sessions will focus on leadership topics and key strategic opportunities and challenges in the field. Executive Leadership Consulting
Our consulting services help build healthy organizations that fulfill their mission, and our targeted resources foster healthy, relevant, and effective organizational leadership, which benefits the people we collectively serve – individuals of all ages facing blindness and low vision. Our leadership training delivers tangible results through a combination of one-on-one and group consulting sessions (in-person or online), webinars, seminars, and self-paced online courses and workshops addressing crucial leadership topics and issues. Aging and Vision Loss
VisionServe Alliance leads a consortium of 160+ organizations and leaders of national, state, local, private, and public agencies who advocate for increased access and enhanced quality of life for older Americans with blindness and low vision. We empower adults to age in place,
primarily through vision rehabilitation services and training. Vision rehabilitation imparts the skills necessary to continue living a safe, confident, and meaningful life with blindness and low vision. Informed by nationwide structured conversations with adults living with blindness and low vision and the extensive expertise of consortium members, we focus on key priorities, including increased funding through public policy efforts, enhanced public awareness and education, and expanding personnel to deliver life-changing programs and services to millions of adults living with vision loss. Big Data Project Industry Reports
VisionServe Alliance, in partnership with Ohio State University College of Optometry and the VanNasdale Group, provides groundbreaking data on the rate of blindness and low vision and its impact across all Social Determinants of Health. National and state reports have been published for two age groups: Working Age Adults (aged 18-64) and Adults 65+. Learn more.
