The mission of Pennsylvania Association for the Blind is to positively impact the lives of Pennsylvanians with visual impairments. Our vision is to be the leading organization for information, resources, and advocacy regarding services for Pennsylvanians who are visually impaired, while obtaining and maximizing public and/or private funds ensuring effective use by member agencies. Our member agencies provide services to clients in these areas: support, transportation/sighted guide, group education, access technology, and vision rehabilitation. We also provide vision screenings to pre-school children as well as children’s vision education programs.
