Walter Tillman, III, BCO, BADO
Walter Tillman is an ocularist in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We are so thankful for his work in the blindness and low vision community. He has helped so many individuals with their artificial eyes and in doing so, he has increased their confidence and independence in their daily lives. technician trained in the fitting and fabrication of artificial eyes.
David LeGrand BCO, BADO, FASO
Dave is an ocularist and served his ocularist apprenticeship under his brother, Joe LeGrand, Jr., in Philadelphia.
Dave earned a diploma from the American Society of Ocularists and is certified by the National Examining Board of Ocularists. He has been on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Ophthalmic Prosthetics for over 20 years, serving as Senior Editor from 1999 to 2001 and 2013. He is currently the Co Chairman of the Education Committee.
Three of his articles have been published in this journal:

- * A review of the book Long Time, No See in 2005
